Today I turn 61...yes I have no problem saying that.  I have never felt as alive and healthy as I do now.  And just think if I exercise it will really be great!  Ok I will get there.  I really have so much for natural energy since starting plexus.

So I am going to continue to learn more about my body...and drink my water.  I know that is so important.
